VOLTO Consulting is seeking an EOL Calibration Engineer located in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The role requires 1 to 4 years of experience in Powertrain (EV, HEV) vehicle validation and involves mandatory travel to Canada.

Role: EOL Calibration Engineer
This position involves travel to Canada so we are looking for candidates who does not have any visa related restrictions. Also customer is looking for 1 to 4 years of experience range only.
Technical/Functional Skills
1 to 4 years of Experience in the Powertrain (EV, HEV) vehicle validation
Very good knowledge of EV and HEV vehicles, Charging infrastructure
Data acquisition experience collecting and processing data
Working knowledge of calibration tools, emissions development, engine technologies and competitive products
Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
Proficient in MATLAB / Simulink, INCA
Proficient in advanced simulation tools
Proficient in CANoe / CANalyzer, UDS Diagnostic protocol and services, CAN and LIN communication protocol. Proficient in CANalyzer, UDS Diagnostic protocol and services, CAN and LIN communication protocol.
Roles And Responsibilities
Interoperability testing for assigned Powertrain modules
Perform the vehicle testing on road trips.
Use the OEM specific diagnostic tool chain to validate the OBD features
Reporting issues using defect management tools like Jira, ALM.
Update and publish status report weekly with test results.
