Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and capable of operating Rivian vehicles with proper licensing.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and educate customers to deliver a positive experience.
• Achieve KPIs: leads captured, lead-to-drive rate, orders influenced, and NPS results.
• Engage with customers to tailor an individualized experience, including demos and deliveries.
• Support brand initiatives: demand/gen activities, product deep-dives, and events.
• Maintain brand/product knowledge through ongoing training and CRM tools.
