Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools and precision instruments.

Responsibilities

• Assemble drive unit components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions and specifications, ensuring conformity.
• Perform in-process inspections and quality checks at each stage of assembly.
• Diagnose assembly issues and collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams.
• Contribute to process improvements by giving feedback and participating in training.
• Maintain accurate records of assembly procedures, part numbers and modifications.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform routine maintenance on assembly equipment and tools.
