Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in project management from design phase through implementation and operation.
• Project management professional certification (PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project Management & Execution: lead design, procurement, and construction activities.
• Design & Technical Management: oversee design reviews and technical coordination.
• Construction Oversight: monitor field execution and quality control.
• Stakeholder & Contract Management: manage internal/external stakeholders and contracts.
• Project Documentation & Transition: maintain documentation and hand-off activities.
