Zero Impact Builders is seeking motivated electrical helpers to support licensed electricians on EV charging and renewable energy projects across California. The role involves field installation, maintenance, and on-site problem solving, with training provided to expand skills in electrical diagnostics and safety.

Qualifications

• Basic electrical or construction experience required.
• Willingness to learn EV charging systems, electrical diagnostics, and field service processes.
• Ability to work in outdoor field environments under varying conditions.
• Willingness to travel domestically on occasion, as required by project needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of EV charging infrastructure.
• Support electrical work including concrete, conduit, wire sizing, transformers, and switchboards.
• Assist with operation of equipment such as bobcats, backhoes, and excavators (as qualified).
• Conduct field service activities including component replacement, software updates, testing, and site inspections.
