Qualifications

• Experience in body repair and collision repair processes.
• Knowledge of manufacturer repair procedures.
• I-CAR welding certification.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel.
• Pass a thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles and plan repair process.
• Coordinate with team on repair status.
• Perform quality repairs and maintain on‑time status.
• Decide on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Assist apprentices and explain procedures.
• Attend safety meetings.
• Direct apprentices in tasks.
