Job summary

Veo is seeking repair technicians to maintain and repair our electric bike and scooter fleet. This role is ideal for mechanically-inclined professionals who enjoy solving problems, are comfortable working with their hands, and are passionate in helping make our communities safe and sustainable.

No electric vehicle experience required but experience (professional or hobby) repairing bikes, scooters, cars, or motorcycles are a great fit.

Qualifications

1+ year of maintenance/auto repair experience.
Valid Driver's License.
Must pass Motor Vehicle Background Check (within 5 years).
Able to lift/carry/push/pull electric bikes/scooters up to 80 lbs.
Problem-solving mindset and self-motivated.
Comfortable navigating and using smartphone apps.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team player.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive repairs on Veo’s electric bikes/scooters from bolts to motors.
Conduct quality checks and routine inspections meeting safety standards.
Log and track maintenance records per processes.
Track inventory levels for spare parts continuously.
Maintain warehouse organization and set a positive example for teammates.
Perform field tasks such as swapping batteries and redistributing vehicles.
Other duties as assigned.
