Job summary

Gotion Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our Manteno, IL manufacturing team. You will ensure products meet strict quality standards, perform inspections with calipers, micrometers, vision systems, and CMM, and document results carefully.

You must have a high school diploma or GED, experience in manufacturing quality control or inspection in electrical, medical devices, or food sectors, and knowledge of ISO 9001/13485, HACCP, FDA, CGMP. Calypso familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience in manufacturing QC or inspection in electrical, medical devices, or food sectors.
Proficient with measurement tools and instruments.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, HACCP, FDA, CGMP.
Ability to document and analyze inspection data.
Strong attention to detail and communication.

Responsibilities

Perform inspections using calipers, micrometers, and vision systems to verify specifications.
Document inspection results with data collection and analysis.
Identify non-conformances and help implement corrective actions per CGMP/HACCP.
Participate in root cause analysis to improve quality and efficiency.
Support internal and external quality audits with detailed reports.
