The shop emphasizes modern diagnostics, digital workflows, and teamwork to maintain high workmanship standards. Training on DVI is available for qualified candidates who show initiative.

Qualifications

• Professional automotive repair experience with European vehicles.
• 5+ years for A-Level or 2–3+ years for B-Level.
• Experience with suspension, steering, alignments, tires, and maintenance.
• DVI experience preferred; training available.
• Comfortable working in a flat-rate environment toward production goals.
• Proficient with digital inspections and repair documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on European vehicles.
• Carry out suspension/steering repairs, alignments, and tire service.
• Operate alignment equipment and diagnostic tools.
• Record inspections and repairs using digital systems.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to maintain workflow.
• Meet production targets while upholding quality.
