Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive technician, with a preference for Europeans car brands.
• Must have own tools required for the role.
• Experience with automotive diagnostic software and electrical/mechanical troubleshooting is highly desirable.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform Diagnostics and Repairs: use diagnostic tools and special service equipment to troubleshoot and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning.
• Test-drive vehicles to verify repair work and ensure safety and performance standards.
• Execute repairs efficiently and in line with manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Collaboration and Communication: follow detailed instructions from service managers, update on timelines and customer requests, and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Safety and Compliance: adhere to safety protocols and OSHA requirements and use appropriate PPE.
