North Star Oregon LLC is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Day Support Activities team in Eugene, Oregon. This part-time role supports adults with I/DD through community-based activities to promote independence and social inclusion.

No experience required; paid training at your regular wage, starting at $25/hour with potential raises and flexible scheduling. Benefits include health insurance for 30+ hours per week, 401(k) with company match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass an ODHS-approved background check.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to use a smartphone for scheduling and documentation.
• CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain through North Star Oregon (provided at no cost).

Position Summary

North Star Oregon is seeking compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our growing Day Support Activities (DSA) team. This part-time position offers the opportunity to grow into full-time employment based on employee availability and service needs.
As a DSA DSP, you will support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) through meaningful community-based activities that promote independence, confidence, socialization, skill development, and community inclusion. Every day is different and may include parks, hiking, bowling, museums, volunteer opportunities, fitness activities, local events, arts and crafts, shopping, or other individualized activities based on each person's interests and goals.
