Job summary

Direct Demo LLC is hiring at the Eugene Costco to promote and sell our nutritional supplements. We seek energetic, customer-focused individuals who enjoy talking with people and meeting sales goals.

This role offers a base starting wage of $26 per hour plus commission, with shifts Tue, Thu, Sat, Sun from 10:00am to 5:30pm, and pay via direct deposit. Representatives will demonstrate product benefits, provide excellent service, and work as part of a small team at the store.

Qualifications

• Outgoing individuals with strong verbal skills and comfortable approaching customers.
• Experience in direct sales or promotions is preferred.
• Basic email and mobile device use is expected for quick communication.

Responsibilities

• Approach Costco members to promote brands provided by suppliers.

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Carry and set up a 4ft table and materials at the location.

Seeking positive, energetic, and sales-focused professionals who can be passionate brand ambassadors! This is a fantastic opportunity selling nutritional supplements made by Qunol & Zena.

Representatives will be trained to encourage sales while actively demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of our NEW Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and various Turmeric products!!

Available Demo Hours: 10:00am-5:30pm | Tue, Thu, Sat, Sun. Weekends are the BEST commission days!

This sales job is ideal for people looking to supplement their income with great pay!

Compensation:

• Starting at $26/hr + COMMISSION based on surpassing sale quotas
• W-2 Employment
• We provide a promotional kit and bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit!
• Our average brand ambassadors make $200-$300 per day. Our top brand ambassadors are making $400+ per day!

Bonus Payout:

We have nine different products in Costco, and usually five on the table. Below is an outline of the bonus structure, which reflects how much your potential earnings could be. Shifts start at 10am and end at 5:30pm - you get credit for whatever sells that day. This is an additional 3 hours Costco is open where customers are still purchasing our products.

• Sell 30 Super Greens, you'll make $90 in commission
• Sell 20 Liquid Collagen, you'll make $60 in commission
• Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale) you'll make $15 in commission

Sales Promoter Responsibilities:

• Approach and interact with Costco members to promote various brands provided by suppliers.
• Present yourself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco.
• Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
• Must be able to lift-up to 15 pounds
• Must be able to lift and carry a 4ft folding table from the parking lot to the store and then back to your car at the end of the shift. The table weighs approximately 15 pounds. You must also be able to carry products, demonstration supplies and sales materials to and from your car at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Ability to stand for extended stretches of time.
• Ability to work independently and without direct supervision as the only team member per location.

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality, ability to approach and talk to customers.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience with direct sales.
• Email and basic computer / mobile device skills.
