Job summary

Andersen is hiring an ML Engineer in the EU to design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models, build ML pipelines, and support production-ready AI solutions in an international tech environment. The role involves collaborating with analysts and experts, and delivering end-to-end ML workflows in a dynamic, globally distributed company.

You should have 2+ years of ML engineering experience, Python proficiency with scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, and experience with TensorFlow/PyTorch, AWS

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ML engineering experience.
• Strong Python skills with ML libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, matplotlib).
• Solid understanding of ML concepts: regression, classification, clustering, model validation, metrics.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Experience building/deploying ML models using AWS SageMaker.
• Familiarity with AWS Bedrock for foundation/generative models.
• Data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Experience with REST APIs (FastAPI/Flask), Docker, and model packaging.
• Exposure to MLOps: pipelines, versioning, monitoring, reproducibility.
• Git proficiency and version control.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and evaluate machine learning models (supervised, unsupervised, NLP).
• Build scalable data and ML pipelines using modern tools.
• Collaborate with analysts to prepare training datasets.
• Deploy models for production (batch or real-time).
• Monitor and maintain model performance and data quality.
• Optimize models for performance and cost.
• Document ML workflows for reproducibility.
