Job summary

Matlen Silver seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead EU MDR implementation at a manufacturing site in Arlington, TN. You will develop and execute the project management plan, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory and quality requirements are met.

This contract role requires independent judgment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to drive complex projects with minimal supervision, all within a hybrid Arlington site schedule.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Project Management experience.
• Hands-on experience with EU MDR.
• Experience implementing EU MDR requirements within a manufacturing site.
• Experience in medical device, MedTech, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Develop and execute the project management plan with timelines and milestones.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans, monitor budgets and resources.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and maintain clear communication.
