Job summary

ETS Vision is assisting a private practice in Port St. Lucie, FL to hire a full-time Optometrist. The OD will perform comprehensive eye health and vision examinations using state-of-the-art equipment and will work a five-day schedule with occasional Saturday hours.

The practice is very medically focused, serving 20–22 patients daily with technicians and scribes provided. Compensation is competitive with a guaranteed $800 per day plus bonus potential, and both 1099 or W-2 options are considered.

Job description

Private practice in Port St. Lucie, FL has a full time opening for an Optometrist.

This practice seeks a doctor to provide eye care to patients utilizing the fullest extent of their license.

Key highlights of the practice:

State of the art equipment in place- OCT, Visual Fields, etc

Guaranteed $800 a day- bonus structure adds more revenue

Looking for a long term O.D.

Very medically focused- 20-22 patients daily (fully worked up ahead of time)

M-F schedule! only occasional Saturday (9-3)

Responsibilities of the Optometrist (OD):

Full time – 5 days a week

Perform comprehensive eye health and vision examinations

Diagnose ocular disease and vision disorders

Counsel patients regarding their vision needs
