Consolidated Edison Company of New York seeks a Portfolio Governance & Risk Management leader to direct a team within Enterprise Technology & Security (ETS) and drive regulatory coordination, risk management, and demand planning for rate cases. You will partner with Law, Regulatory Affairs and business groups to align initiatives with customer value.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, quarterly reporting, and executive communication while thriving in a highly regulated utility environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years of relevant experience or
• Master's degree plus 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: Master's in IT, Business, CS, or Engineering with 6+ years in IT/regulatory fields.
• Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives and regulatory engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead ETS rate case responses (white papers, testimony, interrogatories, rebuttals, negotiations).
• Coordinate ETS stakeholders on rate case actions and PSC responses.
• Develop and maintain a rate case playbook for consistent execution.
• Build strong relationships with rate case leads, internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Align rate case filings with company strategy and priorities.
• Lead development of AI agents to support rate case work.
• Manage project portfolio risks and ensure entries into demand management.
