Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive ETL testing experience with strategy ownership on large migrations.
• Ability to prove data equivalence between rebuilt and legacy pipelines.
• Advanced SQL with validation against unfamiliar schemas.
• Experience with data quality frameworks and test automation tooling.
• Familiarity with PHI healthcare data testing and governance.
• Defect management and reporting using Azure Boards.
• Leadership in setting coverage standards and reviewing teams.
• Comfort arguing quality positions with senior stakeholders.
• Preferred exposure to evaluating LLM/GenAI systems and related tooling.
• Applied statistics methods for sampling, confidence intervals and significance tests.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data quality tests and automation harnesses.
• Lead testing teams and communicate risk-based priorities.
