Job summary

CSpring is a purpose-driven consulting firm delivering data solutions to public and private sector clients. We’re seeking an ETL Tester to design, automate, and execute tests for our Enterprise Data Warehouse pipelines in a State Government Medicaid setting.

You will validate data integrity, write complex SQL, develop Python scripts for data validation, and contribute to CI/CD in Azure DevOps. Collaboration across QA, ETL developers, and business stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of QA/testing experience supporting ETL, data warehouse, backend data systems, healthcare analytics, or enterprise data platforms.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Python, Azure, and Azure Data Factory for data validation, test automation, pipeline testing, and cloud-based data solutions.
Strong SQL and relational databases experience (Teradata, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and data quality validation.
Experience with ETL tools and test management in Agile/Scrum environments.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Design, automate, and execute test cases for EDW ETL processes in a State Government Medicaid environment.
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data as it moves through ETL pipelines.
Design and execute test strategies for functional and non-functional requirements.
Leverage ETL tools (Informatica PowerCenter, Teradata) within Azure DevOps and agile sprints to ensure data quality and repeatable testing.
Develop automated database validation scripts using Python, SQLAlchemy, and Pandas; integrate with CI/CD.
