Experience: Minimum 10 years
Monitor production environments, respond to alerts, and resolve technical issues, including tracking incidents against SLAs and preventing recurring issues through RCA.
Experience with Informatica, IDMC components, manage the workflows in cloud.
Experience in migrating the workflows from Informatica to IDMC.
Debug Informatica, Spark, Oracle and Shell scripting code, analyze logs, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Maintain, document, and update system operating procedures, and provide performance reports.
Assist with code deployments and migrations through environment stacks (Dev, SIT, UAT, Prod).
Proficiency in Unix/Linux commands, SQL for database querying, performance tuning and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) for automation.
Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Datadog), ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow), and cloud platforms.
