Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking an ETL Developer with Informatica IDMC/IICS expertise to design, build, and optimize data pipelines for enterprise reporting and operations. The role emphasizes CDI/CAI, Azure Synapse, and robust SQL skills in a Santa Ana environment.

You will develop and maintain data integrations, collaborate with analytics teams, and ensure data quality across warehouse and application data flows. This contract supports a 24-month+ engagement with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing integrations with Informatica IDMC/IICS (CDI and CAI).
• Proficient in Azure Synapse Analytics and dedicated SQL pools.
• Advanced SQL with complex joins and window functions.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, pagination, and retries.
• Understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and ETL/ELT design.
• Experience integrating relational DBs, cloud storage, files, and enterprise apps.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and communicate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica CDI to integrate data from databases, enterprise applications, APIs, and files.
• Build mappings, mapping tasks, reusable components, and taskflows for full and incremental data loads.
• Develop CAI processes, service connectors, and REST API integrations, including authentication, orchestration, error handling, and monitoring.
• Develop and optimize Azure Synapse SQL queries, stored procedures, and data loading processes.
• Implement data warehouse solutions, including fact and dimension tables, slowly changing dimensions, deduplication, and deletion handling.
• Perform source-to-target mapping, data validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks.
• Troubleshoot production failures, resolve data discrepancies, and improve integration performance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, application teams, and reporting teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation, test plans, deployment instructions, and operational support procedures.

Job Description:

We are seeking an ETL Developer with strong experience in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC/IICS), including Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Application Integration (CAI), along with Azure Synapse Analytics. This role will develop and support data pipelines, application integrations, and data warehouse solutions for enterprise reporting and business operations.
