Regis College is seeking an adjunct instructor to teach an ethics course focused on philosophical and Christian ethical traditions, with attention to contemporary issues in the student’s field of concentration. The instructor will develop syllabus content in consultation with the department Chair and conduct classes in person on Thursdays from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., emphasizing reflection and analysis.

Qualifications include an advanced degree in ethics, humanities, religious studies, or philosophy

Qualificações

• PhD preferred but not required in ethics, humanities, religious studies, or philosophy.
• At least two years teaching experience.
• At least two references.

Responsabilidades

• Teaching the course with appropriate pedagogical design, implementation, and assessment.
• Provide timely feedback to students and hold office hours.
• Non-attendance at meetings and limited service responsibilities for adjunct instructors.
