Job summary

World Bank Group in Washington, DC seeks an E T Consultant to advance ethics and internal justice initiatives, focusing on Declaration of Interests and risk management. The role involves independent technical analysis, staff engagement, and program administration within ATV, under guidance from the ATV Manager and Senior Counsel.

The position requires an advanced degree with 5+ years’ experience, strong English communication, and comfort with evolving digital tools for governance and data

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience.
• Experience leading or working on Declaration of Interests or financial disclosure programs.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and manage complex conflict of interest risks with discretion.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional-level analysis of DOIs to identify conflicts of interest risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Meet staff to discuss and resolve identified conflicts of interest risks.
• Assist with administration of the DOI program and staff declarations.
• Update DOI forms, templates, and population lists; support program tasks.
• Contribute to AI integration within the DOI system, including testing and refinement.
• Update leadership on novel conflicts of interest risks and systemic issues.
• Provide general support to the ATV team as required.
