Job summary

UCSF Health, AG invites applicants for a senior compliance investigations role within the Office of Ethics and Compliance in San Francisco. You will oversee key activities to foster a culture of compliance, manage investigations, and coordinate whistleblower processes.

Responsibilities include triage of complaints, data analytics, reporting, and collaboration with leadership to ensure alignment with laws and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related area.
• Minimum three years’ experience in ethics and compliance.
• Advanced knowledge of ethics, compliance, internal controls, and investigations standards.
• Broad knowledge of university policies, and applicable state/federal employment laws.
• Experience identifying issues, collecting data, and drawing conclusions from evidence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, triage, and process complaints received by UCSF’s Whistleblower Program in accordance with SOPs.
• Identify and analyze allegations; assess and refer matters as needed.
• Maintain a case management system for investigators and stakeholders.
• Follow up to ensure accurate recordkeeping and reporting.
