Job summary

City of Hope is seeking an Ethics and Compliance Manager to lead the ethics program across the Atlanta region. You will implement policies, monitor investigations, and drive regulatory compliance across regional locations to ensure a consistent enterprise approach to ethics and privacy.

The role requires 5–7 years in healthcare compliance, a strong understanding of privacy rules, and a CHC or equivalent certification is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, medicine, health administration, nursing, accounting, or other applicable field; experience may substitute for minimum education requirements.
• 5-7 years of experience in health care compliance or a related healthcare field IS A MUST
• Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting healthcare compliance, privacy, regulatory monitoring, investigations, corrective action planning, compliance education, and enterprise compliance program implementation.
