Jobot is seeking an Engineering and Maintenance Manager for its ethanol production operations in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This hands-on leader oversees a team of operators and maintenance personnel to optimize distillation, fermentation, and alcohol recovery processes on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering REQUIRED.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in ethanol production, industrial alcohol manufacturing or distillation operations.
• Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing or process-driven environment with strong safety and compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership of alcohol recovery, distillation, fermentation, and ethanol production operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of operators, technicians, and production personnel with accountability for safety, quality, and production objectives.
• Maintain a strong presence on the production floor, troubleshoot processes, and respond to operational challenges.
• Monitor and optimize key process parameters related to fermentation, distillation, evaporation, separation, and alcohol recovery systems.
• Drive improvements in throughput, plant efficiency, alcohol yields, waste reduction, and operating costs.
