Job summary

Invesco Ltd. is seeking an ETF Strategist in Downers Grove, IL, to lead the thematic and specialty ETF strategy. You will work with product, portfolio management, sales, and marketing to position and expand the product line for institutions and advisers.

The role requires extensive investment experience, ETF knowledge, and strong communication. It offers a hybrid office schedule and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in investment management or research with equity market knowledge.
• ETF and/or index product knowledge required.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to present at corporate, client and industry events; large audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset; build relationships across levels.
• Self-directed professional who can set objectives and work independently.
• Undergraduate degree in business/finance; MBA, CFA, CIMA or CFP preferred.
• FINRA Series 7 and 65/66 required; periodic travel expected.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of the thematic & specialty ETF product line in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Help build and reinforce a brand for Invesco ETF products by presenting at industry conferences and media interviews.
• Support efforts to develop insights on the product line through asset class and product-specific content development.
• Partner with Sales to execute product-specific distribution strategies and participate in client meetings.
• Monitor macro market conditions to formulate asset class views and translate into actionable positioning ideas.
• Identify new product opportunities and assess existing product line for enhancements.
