Job summary

Invesco in Downers Grove, IL seeks an ETF Quantitative Developer to join the Equity ETF & Indexed Strategies platform. You will design, develop, and enhance portfolio management technology and analytics, partnering with Portfolio Managers, Analysts, and Technology teams.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years in quantitative analytics or related roles, a BS/MS in CS/Engineering/Finance, and strong Python and/or R skills, with experience in data libraries and ETL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong programming capabilities, with Python and/or R (C++/Java a plus).
• Experience with data analysis libraries (Pandas/Polars) and data tooling (Snowflake, Airflow).

Responsibilities

• Deliver data-driven insights, investment analytics, and portfolio reporting.
• Design, develop, and maintain tools for ETF/indexed portfolio management.
• Build quantitative models across portfolio management systems.
• Automate daily workflows, reporting, and optimization processes.
• Contribute to data architecture and technology infrastructure.
