Job summary

DWS invites applications for an internship position in its Product Division in New York. You will join the ETF Product team, gaining practical experience across the product lifecycle from idea generation to implementation.

You will work closely with portfolio managers and sales colleagues, supporting material prep, market analysis, and cross-divisional initiatives while developing skills in capital markets and technology-enabled insights.

Qualifications

• Curious and team-oriented with a passion for financial markets.
• Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Interest in asset management and ETF products.

Responsibilities

• Become an integral part of our team with clear responsibilities and room to learn and grow.
• Expand your knowledge about capital markets by working side-by-side with our portfolio managers and sales colleagues.
• Deepen your understanding of Active & passive portfolio management strategies and learn how we can address the challenges our clients are facing in various market phases.
• Support the preparation of institutional client pitches as well as roadshows for retail distribution partners
• Become involved in cross-divisional initiatives to steadily enhance our offering
