Job summary

The Tidal Financial Group seeks a Leverage Trading Associate to manage trades in leveraged ETFs, equities, options, and swaps. You will work with the ETF Portfolio Management team on day-to-day trading, reconciliation, and trade allocation, using Bloomberg and other platforms to ensure best execution.

The role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of derivatives, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with close collaboration across prime brokers and market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in trading equities, options, and fixed income with emphasis on options trading.
• Experience with institutional trading environments (RIA/Institutional).
• Proficiency with Bloomberg or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and trading strategies.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage trades across equities, options, and swaps.
• Handle day-to-day trading operations: trade allocation, position settlement, and reconciliation.
• Use Bloomberg and other platforms for efficient trade execution.
• Collaborate with Prime Brokers and Market Makers for best execution and fund efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date market trend awareness and trading strategies.
