Job summary

Applied Materials, Inc. invites an Etch SRP New Product Introduction instructor to lead technical training in Austin, TX or Santa Clara, CA. You will cover LDL and ILT delivery, develop curricula, and certify fellow instructors. Expect significant travel and collaborative work with PDP and GTT teams.

You will leverage your semiconductor equipment experience to design courses, maintain safety standards, and support tool readiness for shipment to customers. A strong educator mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering, education, or training, or equivalent military experience, PLUS 4 years of professional semiconductor equipment experience.
• If no bachelor’s degree, 6 years of professional semiconductor equipment experience.
• 2 years of experience in education, performance-based training, or training delivery to external customers is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized NPI technical training in-house and at customer locations, requiring travel.
• Learn and maintain comprehensive technical knowledge of new and improved products for defined courses.
• Provide coaching and leadership to other instructors and certify others.
