Job summary

Graham seeks an experienced Estimator to join its Centennial, CO team. The role centers on leading the transition to InEight estimating software while supporting high‑complexity pursuits in water, wastewater, and civil projects.

You will design templates, train users, and align cost estimates with project needs. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of estimating experience, strong InEight skills, and a solid background in construction software configuration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college/technical program preferred.
• 5–7 years estimating experience, heavy civil or water/wastewater is a plus.
• Advanced expertise in InEight estimating software required.
• Timberline experience is a plus.
• Strong skills in configuring, customizing, and documenting workflows for estimating platforms.
• Clear written and verbal communication; strong organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration, rollout, and user training for InEight estimating software.
• Customize software settings, templates, and workflows to align with project needs.
• Develop internal guides, process maps, and best-practice docs.
• Provide ongoing support ensuring alignment with field execution and operations.
• Prepare preliminary schedules and complete quantity takeoffs for labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
