B is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Estimator to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska. You will play a key role in pursuing and planning water and wastewater infrastructure projects, developing accurate, competitive estimates, and partnering with operations from bid through project handoff.

You will evaluate scope, constructability, risk, and cost—not just perform takeoffs. The ideal candidate has experience with self-performed work and a strong grasp of means and methods in heavy civil

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• Experience estimating water/wastewater construction projects.
• Experience with self-performed structural concrete and heavy civil construction.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Strong quantity takeoff, cost analysis, and scope review skills.

• Develop estimates for water and wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, process piping, and related infrastructure.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and develop pricing for self-performed labor, materials, and equipment.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals and ensure scope coverage.

• Develop preliminary schedules to support estimating efforts.
