A strong background in Excel, InEight, and cost estimation tools is essential. The role emphasizes collaboration with design and estimating teams, and offers hybrid work options after onboarding, with potential relocation

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience as stated.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements.
• Familiarity with cost estimation for water treatment, pipelines, and civil projects.

Responsibilities

• Review project designs to develop quantities and cost estimates.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for labor, material, and equipment costs.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates aligned with work breakdown structures.
• Coordinate with estimating and design teams for scope alignment.
• Assess labor productivities and equipment needs for scope.
• Support Basis of Estimate documentation and historical data updates.
