Job summary

gpac is seeking an Estimator for Structural Concrete to join a well-established contractor serving Schools, Offices, Multifamily and other concrete projects in Texas.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of estimating experience for a specialty contractor or self-performing GC, plus leadership, motivation, goal setting, conflict management and strong organizational skills including time management, delegation, prioritization, and multitasking. Accurate bids and schedules are essential.

Qualifications

• Estimating experience must include Commercial Structural Concrete Experience working for a Specialty Contractor or a Self-Performing GC.
• 7+ years working for a Commercial Concrete specialty sub-contractor or self-performing General Contractor.
• Practical leadership abilities, like motivation, goal setting, and conflict management.

ESTIMATOR - STRUCTURAL CONCRETE

Well-established top notch full-service Metro specialty CONCRETE contractor is seeking an experienced ESTIMATOR preferably with 5+yrs experience. Client services a wide range of projects including Structural & Light Commercial Concrete Projects, such as Schools & Educational Buildings, Offices, Multifamily, Churches, Warehouses, Medical, Retail and other Civil projects as well including Site Development and Flatwork.

Key Candidate Qualifications

• Estimating experience must include Commercial Structural Concrete Experience working for a Specialty Contractor or a Self-Perform GC
• 7+ years working for a Commercial Concrete specialty sub-contractor or self-performing General Contractor
