Responsibilities include reviewing documents, identifying materials to bid, correcting inaccuracies in material lists, and collaborating with outside sales to support project bidding and sales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential and light commercial construction estimating experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand home, pole building, garage, barn and deck components.
• Experience in building material sales.
• Working knowledge of Professional Estimating Software.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Performs material take-offs for residential and commercial designs from blueprints.
• Reviews documents to determine materials to bid.
• Reviews and fixes potential inaccuracies in material lists.
• Collaborates with outside sales to support bidding and project execution.
