Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Estimator/Project Manager with experience in site work, excavation, and heavy civil construction (including bridges, road work, and water/sewer mains). The candidate should have experience in completing submittals, interpreting plans and specifications, and successfully completing projects within designated timeframes and budgets.

Responsibilities:

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management/estimating for NYS DOT projects.
2. Act as the primary point of contact with engineers, subcontractors, and other construction-related personnel.
3. Develop and maintain project schedules for multiple heavy civil construction projects.
   • Pre-plan tasks, methods, required equipment, and personnel for each project.
4. Complete and accurately prepare bid proposals for heavy civil construction projects.
5. Ensure safe work environments across multiple job sites.

Pay is based on experience.
