Job summary

Allegiance Group in Connecticut is seeking an experienced Estimator to join its preconstruction team on a range of commercial projects. You will develop conceptual and schematic estimates, work with owners, architects and engineers, and help shape GMP pricing for projects often valued from $10M to $30M+.

The role emphasizes early involvement and collaboration beyond simply pricing drawings. Compensation includes a base salary of $110,000 – $165,000 DOE, ESOP, a 401(k) plan and strong health

• Developing conceptual estimates and budgets from limited design information.
• Maintaining budgets throughout design development.
• Creating clear narratives around assumptions and incomplete scopes.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and schematic estimates from limited design information.
• Prepare and maintain budgets through design development.
• Develop GMP pricing and work with owners, architects and engineers.
• Solicit and communicate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Evaluate scopes, pricing and constructability; produce budget comparisons.
