Job summary

RIMEPRO INC is seeking estimators at multiple levels to support a growing pipeline of large-scale mechanical construction projects in Newark, CA. Ideal candidates will have experience in commercial plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical piping, with opportunities for junior to senior levels and leadership development.

Responsibilities include preparing estimates, taking off quantities, reviewing bid documents, and coordinating with project teams to ensure competitive, accurate bids for complex

Qualifications

• Experience estimating mechanical construction projects.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates for commercial plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical construction projects.
• Perform detailed material, equipment, and labor takeoffs from drawings and specifications.
• Review plans and bid documents to determine project scope and costs.
• Develop budgets and construction pricing for bids.
• Coordinate with engineering, BIM/VDC, preconstruction, operations, and project management teams.
