Target Search Partners is seeking a Project Estimator for hospitality renovations. The role covers pricing occupied hotel renovations, with focus on sequencing, guest experience, logistics, and risk management. Remote or hybrid work is available with limited travel as required.

Must have Hospitality renovation experience and be able to protect profit before the first hammer swings. We work with major hotel brands across the United States.

Qualifications

• Hospitality renovation experience required.
• Experience with occupied hotel renovations.
• Ability to estimate bids to protect profit before construction begins.

Responsabilités

• Price occupied hotel renovations with emphasis on sequencing, guest experience, logistics, and risk management.
• Develop cost analyses and preconstruction planning to safeguard profitability.
• Manage subcontractors and perform takeoffs for accurate bids.

Project Estimator | Hospitality Renovations

Remote or Hybrid with Limited Travel as Required

Employment Type: W-2 Preferred (1099 Considered)

Compensation: $90,000–$130,000 DOE + Performance Bonus

Must Have Hospitality Renovation Experience.

Most estimators can produce numbers.

We're looking for someone who can protect profit before the first hammer swings.

We partner with nationally recognized hotel brands including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Wyndham, and Choice Hotels, delivering renovation projects throughout the United States.

This isn't production-home estimating or ground-up commercial work.

You’ll be pricing occupied hotel renovations where sequencing, guest experience, logistics, and risk management matter just as much as material costs.
