Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Estimator for Site Development and Utilities in Louisville, KY with a focus on wet utilities, deep foundations, and concrete work in heavy civil projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of estimating experience, strong software skills (HCSS HeavyBid, Agtek, MS Office) and a proven bid track record. Relocation is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Estimator experience in Site Development/Utilities
• Strong background in wet utilities and deep foundations
• Proficiency with HCSS HeavyBid, Agtek and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for site development projects including utilities and civil elements
• Coordinate with bids team and subcontractors to ensure competitive proposals
• Assist in value engineering and risk assessment for bid packages
