Ideal candidates are proactive, analytical, and skilled at reading plans, pricing projects, and collaborating with project teams to ensure timely and profitable delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of estimating experience in drywall/ceilings preferred.
• Strong ability to price projects and prepare change orders.
• Experience reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, competitive project cost estimates for drywall and ceilings.
• Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings and specs.
• Review construction documents, contracts, and bid packages.
• Price and manage change orders with cost analysis.
• Conduct site inspections to validate scope and identify risks.
• Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and subcontractors.
