Job summary

Everon is seeking a skilled estimator to perform job site walks, assess project requirements, read blueprints, and prepare accurate estimates. You will collaborate with contractors, engineers, and architects to ensure accuracy and timely presentation of estimates to sales and management.

The role requires working knowledge of local/national codes, ability to interpret drawings, strong communication in English, and a detail-oriented work ethic.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or vocational training.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and pass a drug screen.
• Industry knowledge and/or experience required.
• Working knowledge of local/national codes.

Responsibilities

• Perform job site walks as needed.
• Read blueprints and analyze documents to prepare estimates.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and architects during estimate creation to ensure overall accuracy.
• Act as the final say in the calculation, analysis, and adjustment of estimates.
• Present estimates to sales and management in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain thorough records of all project documentation, including estimates, receipts, and project completion documentation.
• Maintain accurate truck inventory to ensure timely responses to customers' needs.
