An excellent opportunity for an experienced estimator with a background in complex commercial or heavy civil construction to join an award-winning general contractor, where you will work on high-value, technically challenging projects while enjoying genuine long-term career progression.

Following continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their estimating team with a Senior Estimator who can play a vital role in securing future work and supporting the company's continued expansion.

In this role, you will lead estimating efforts on complex projects from concept through bid submission. You'll perform detailed quantity take-offs, analyse drawings and specifications, evaluate subcontractor pricing, identify project risks and value engineering opportunities, and work closely with operations and engineering teams throughout the preconstruction process.

The Role:

• Construction Estimator.
• Lead complex estimates from take-off through bid submission.
• Analyse drawings, specifications and bid documents.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.

The Person:

• Experience estimating complex commercial, industrial, water or wastewater projects.
• Strong quantity take-off and cost estimating skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and estimating software.
