Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences, create accurate estimates, and coordinate repairs with customers and insurance providers. The role emphasizes accurate damage assessment, parts replacement documentation, and alignment with team KPIs to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions accurately.
• Guide customers through repair process with timely information.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Align with WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs and repair planning.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings.
• Attend training and workshops as required.
