BROTHERS Pro-Pave LLC is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Georgia team. You will determine costs for construction projects, analyze plans, and prepare detailed cost proposals and budgets for clients and project managers.

Responsibilities include evaluating drawings, labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor costs; negotiating with suppliers; and maintaining cost databases to stay current with market trends in pricing and construction methods.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction estimating.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction blueprints, specifications and technical documents.
• Familiarity with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, PlanSwift, or similar).
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

• Track and update project budgets, costs, and changes throughout project lifecycles.

We are growing and looking to add anEstimator to our team! You will be responsible for determining the cost of construction projects by analyzing project plans, specifications, and other relevant documents. The Estimator will estimate the quantities of materials needed, labor costs, and equipment expenses, often negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best prices. This role also prepares detailed cost proposals and budgets for clients and project managers.

• 5+ years of experience in construction estimating, with specific expertise in concrete and asphalt.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
• Familiarity with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, PlanSwift, or similar).
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
