We are working with this specialist subcontractor in the housing sector, to recruit an experienced Estimator, to join the team for this sub contracting / Manufacturing business catering to a wide range of construction businesses and sectors. The company are a high growth business with a well-established client base and a high level of repeat business with blue chip clients.

Requirements

• This fast growth and the companies new group structure, require that we recruit an experienced Estimator to work with the existing team to create accurate prices in the core timber frame and dry lining sectors. Day to day responsibilities will include working with the designers and external clients to build project specifications, from that generating accurate and detailed price plans and presenting to clients for approval and order confirmation.
