Salary Range: $10.00 To $100.00 Hourly

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for estimating time and delivery for manufactured parts, reviewing completed jobs for profitability and time adjustments, and in-house sales.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Properly quote items that can be manufactured in our facility
• Properly quote to meet company profit margins
• Properly choose appropriate outside vendor to meet requirements
• Work directly with customers to gather correct information as required
• Review all completed jobs for accuracy and profitability
• Properly use the E2 management system to record job information

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assume other responsibilities as required

PRIMARY PERFORMANCE PARAMETERS:

• Meet the required delivery dates for all assigned jobs
• Meet customer delivery requirements
• Meet quality requirements of all assigned processes
• Conduct all operations in a safe manner

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Ability to read & understand blueprints and technical documents
• A genuine belief in continuous improvement and disciplined processes and a willingness to analyze, challenge and change processes, if needed, to create a more efficient environment and culture
• Organizational and time management skills
• Self starter with ability to multi-task and prioritize work day/projects independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing

CERTIFICATION/LICENSE REQUIRED:

• Valid driver’s license
