• Five years of commercial construction experience as a Project Estimator.
• Proficiency with Destiny (Beck Technology) Estimating Software preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings, specifications, proposals, and other construction documents to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates for construction projects.
• Compute estimate costs for materials purchased and/or leased equipment, subcontracted work, production activities and requirements, and labor.
• Prepare budget estimates and schedules.
• Develop procurement strategies.
• Solicit Trade Partner proposals.
• Prepare and execute subcontracts.
