Responsibilities include reviewing project scope, collecting plans and specs, calculating labor and material costs, gathering bids, negotiating with vendors, and delivering estimates to project managers while budgeting with specialized

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience as an Estimator preferred.
• Ability to forecast building costs and apply estimation formulas.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Proficient with estimation software such as Callidus.
