Anchor Construction Corporation is seeking a motivated Estimator to support the bidding process for heavy civil construction projects across the DMV region, including utilities, infrastructure, concrete, and paving. The role emphasizes developing competitive bids to drive growth and requires collaboration with clients and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include takeoffs, plan review, bid development with HCSS HeavyBid, subcontractor negotiations, and site visits.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of estimating or related construction experience.
• Experience with utilities, infrastructure, storm drainage, concrete, asphalt, or heavy civil construction projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High school diploma required; college coursework preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000

Position Summary
